Dear Pearl,

Fanny and I have had the best time while Melba and Mr Wonderful are on their silly cruise. She is teaching me all about pop beads and jacks and I am sharing my collection of animal headed slippers with her. She loves the elephants the best even though the left one is missing an eye.

Oh, and we slipped away to the most wonderful production of Waterbabies. You would have loved it, too. The music is so beautiful. And the sets were superb!
